We have four different kinds, both in regular and decaffeinated. Made from 100% premium grade Arabica beans. From light roast to French roast. They are: Road Rash, Cam Shaft, 90 Weight, and Broken Spoke.

After trying the darker blends, I knew what Henry Ward Beecher said was true: No coffee can be good in the mouth that does not first send a sweet offering of odor to the nostrils. I can only surmise it is the special way you roast your premium Arabica beans."

Perfect roasting brings out the maximum flavor and aroma of the coffee beans. With time and technique, using controlled temperature and air flow, an experienced roaster can transform green beans to the ideal brown roast for each coffee type.
